so I decided to fuck up my ankle two weeks before I leave.
not that bad, just heavily tweaked, but still . . .

I'm doing it all, taking pills, resting, water, stinky lotions.

In four weeks I'll be leaving on a 3 month trip to San Francisco and the surrounding areas.

I don't really like these pre-templated blogs, but it's a good way to keep people updated.
